Adding a Rectangular ROI on an Image
Use the Rectangular ROI option to highlight an area of interest on an image.
Steps
- Right-click the image and select Annotations > Rectangular ROI.
- On the image, click and hold the left-mouse button.
- Move the mouse diagonally to get a rectangular shape that you want.
Results
Synapse displays ROI measurements as defined in the Annotations panel in User Settings. See Change the SUV Correction Method.
Additional Options
Click Rectangular ROI 
on the
icon menu.
