Anomalous Exams in the Admin Folder

Introduction

A list of all anomalous studies is in the Admin folder. The Admin folder contains the following sub-folders.

Anomalies by Type

This folder contains the following three sub-folders. The All Anomalous Studies and Recent Anomalous Studies folders are logs of system anomalies.

• The Recent Anomalous Studies folder contains seven days of anomalous studies. Anomalous studies older than seven days do not appear in this folder.
• The All Anomalous Studies folder contains a log of all anomalies, regardless of age.
• The Fixed Studies folder contains a log of anomalies that have been corrected. This folder is inactive by default.
• In Synapse 3.2.1 and above, all Anomaly folders can display a column showing Image Sender/Remote AE title information, which allows you to readily identify and search for anomalies.

Merge/Reallocation Folders

The five Merge/Reallocation folders include:

• Image Reallocations
• Patient Merge
• Series Reallocations
• Study Merge
• Study Reallocations

All five folders contain merge/reallocation activity, including:

• Source folder
• Destination folder
• Merge/reallocation timestamp
