Content Manager Features
Introduction
When you first open Content Manager, Synapse displays the Single Pane view. The Single Pane View provides a larger viewing area to search for patients, folders, studies, and images. You can split the display into three separate pages by clicking the Split Pane View icon 
.
The following table describes all available icons.

Grid View |
|
Displays the Content Manager items in a grid view. |

List View |
|
Displays the Content Manager items in a list view. Use the search boxes are provided so you can filter the display to narrow your search. |

Split pane view |
|
The Split Pane View provides two additional side-by-side panes for an easy way to perform merges and reallocations. When moving an item, simply click and drag the source to the destination. |

Single pane view |
|
Changes the Content Manager display from Single Pane View to Split Pane View. |
|
Full Screen |
|
Opens Content Manager to a full screen view. |
|
Exit full screen |
|
Reduces Content Manager from full screen. |
|
Help |
|
Opens the Help file. |
|
Folder |
|
Double-click to open the contents of a folder. |
|
Add new folder |
|
Adds a new series folder. |
|
Delete |
|
Deletes items. |
|
Restore |
|
Restores items. |
|
Image |
|
Opens image folder. |
|
Patient |
|
Lists patients or patient studies. |

Study |
|
Opens a study folder. |
