Video Tutorials

Synapse provides video tutorials to assist in understanding Synapse functions.

Note:

To access Synapse Help videos, you must open Synapse Help through the application (as WebHelp). If you access Synapse Help from your desktop (as a .chm file), the video links are not accessible. Video content is proprietary information and intended for use by currently licensed users only. These videos were recorded in a previous version of Synapse PACS but are applicable to the current version. Videos are only available in English. All names, places, and other related details are fictional and used as examples only. Any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental.

Downloading Video Tutorials

You can download and save a video tutorial from the Synapse User Guide to your computer. Saved videos can be viewed when you are not logged into Synapse.

1. Log into Synapse and open the User Guide. See Accessing the User Guide.
2. Locate the video you want to download or type videos into the search field to display the video tutorial topics.
3. Right-click the video you want to download and select Save video as...
4. Select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the video.
5. Ensure the Save as type: field is set to MP4 Video and click Save.
