Restoring Removed Items
Introduction
Synapse moves deleted items to Removed Items and Recent Removed Items folders.
Prerequisites
You must have the Manage Ad Hoc Deletion privilege to delete or restore deleted items.
Steps
- Navigate to Admin > Manage Content and select either Recent Removed Items or Removed Items.
- Search for and select the item to be restored.
- Click Restore
.
- Select Yes to the message prompt. The item is restored to the folder from where Synapse deleted the item.
Results
- The Recent Removed Items folder retains the removed item for one month and then Synapse purges the item.
- The Removed Items folder retains items indefinitely.
