Reviewing DICOM Images and Reports
Introduction
XDS Consumer provides a DICOM Viewer to display a particular study, series, image, or report in the XDS Tile View.
XDS Consumer displays this icon in place of non-displayable images or series:

Steps
- Open the DICOM record.
- To review the images, use your mouse or the instance selector (located on the right side of the XDS Tile View to scroll through the images.
- Hover the cursor at the top of the XDS Tile View to display the series selector and do any of the following:
- This option only displays when your System Administrator has activated this feature.
- You also must have access to the Synapse PACS client on your workstation.
- Optional: Double-click an image, study, or series to display in a 1-upcount.

For multiframe images, use one of the following options from frame navigation:
- Frame selector that displays at the bottom of the tile.
- Alt + mouse scroll.
If multiple reports exist, click the segments in the instance selector on the right of the tile.

The number of segments in the vertical toolbar corresponds to the number of reports in the study. |
