Running an AutoSummary Routine

Use AutoSummary to expedite the reporting process.

Steps

  1. Ensure that all data has been entered or imported.
  2. Click Auto Summary Executes Auto Summary on the application toolbar. The following message displays: Processing Auto Summary routines.

Warning:

If AutoSummary Indicates AutoSummary is out of sync is no longer synchronized with the data when a you finalize a report, a warning message displays listing the data definitions that are out of sync. You have the option to run the AutoSummary routine again, to save, or to promote the report.

Note: The list of data definitions does not display when you perform the following actions: move or drag a figure to a segment that was previously moved; delete study level inventory; or add or delete inventory for a vessel diagram figure.
