2D Context Menu Options

Introduction

Synapse provides the following 2D list and icon menu options listed here in alphabetical order.

The Cine Response column in the following table describes how cine interacts with each of the context menu options when using cine on a multiframe viewport:

  • Apply: This option is applied during cine.
  • Disabled during cine: This option is disabled during cine.
  • Pause, apply, and resume: Cine pauses before applying this option. When complete, cine resumes playing.
  • Stop cine: This option stops cine.

Cine Response

2D Slab Thickness: Displays the 2D Slab Thickness submenu consisting of the following options:

2D Slab Thickness:

MinIP

Displays the image plane rendered by Minimum Intensity Projection (MinIP) for 2D.

Disabled during cine

2D Slab Thickness:

MIP

Displays the image plane rendered by the Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) for 2D.

Disabled during cine

2D Slab Thickness:

MPVR

Displays the image plane averaged by Multiple Planar Volume Reconstruction (MPVR) for 2D.

Disabled during cine

2D Slab Thickness:

Slab Thickness on/off

Toggles 2D slab thickness on and off.

Disabled during cine
