J through Q Context Menu Options

Introduction

Synapse provides the following list and icon menu options for menu items beginning with the letters J through Q listed here in alphabetical order.

The Cine Response column in the following table describes how cine interacts with each of the context menu options when using cine on a multiframe viewport:

Apply: This option is applied during cine.
Disabled during cine: This option is disabled during cine.
Pause, apply, and resume: Cine pauses before applying this option. When complete, cine resumes playing.
Stop cine: This option stops cine.

L Menu Items

Layout Navigation: Displays the Layout Navigation submenu consisting of the following options:
Layout Navigation: Clear View		Clears the viewport of an image or a series. Keyboard shortcut: X + left-click	Apply
Layout Navigation: Compare Same Series		Toggles the Same Series Compare option on and off. See Comparing the Same Series. Keyboard shortcut: ALT + G	Apply
Layout Navigation: Next Comparison		Displays the next comparison study or group of comparison studies. Keyboard shortcut: ALT + C	Apply
Layout Navigation: Next RP Step (Right)		Changes a reading protocol step to the next reading protocol step. See Reading Protocol Overview. Keyboard shortcut: RIGHT ARROW key	Apply
Layout Navigation: Next Series		Moves to the next series in a study in a single viewport. Keyboard shortcut: SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW key	Apply
Layout Navigation: Next Series Set		Moves to the next set of series in a study. See Switching Series in a Single Viewport. Keyboard shortcut: CTRL + RIGHT ARROW key	Apply
Layout Navigation: Prev Comparison		Displays the previous comparison study or group of comparison studies. Keyboard shortcut: ALT + SHIFT + C	Apply
Layout Navigation: Previous RP Step (Left)		Changes a reading protocol step to the previous reading protocol step.	Apply
Layout Navigation: Previous Series		Moves to the previous series in a study in a single viewport. Keyboard shortcut: SHIFT + LEFT ARROW key	Apply
Layout Navigation: Previous Series Set		Moves to the previous set of series in a study. Keyboard shortcut: CTRL + LEFT ARROW key	Apply
Layout Navigation >Shift Series Options : Displays the Shift Series Options submenu, which contains the following options:
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: First Series	Icon Option Not Available	Moves to the first series in a study in a single viewport.	Apply
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: Last Series	Icon Option Not Available	Moves to the last series in a study in a single viewport.	Apply
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: Shift Next Page	Icon Option Not Available	Moves to the next page of series in a study for all studies currently being displayed in the viewer.	Apply
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: Shift Next Series	Icon Option Not Available	Shifts the entire layout forward by one series.	Apply
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: Shift Previous Page	Icon Option Not Available	Moves to the previous page of series in a study for all studies currently being displayed in the viewer.	Apply
Layout Navigation > Shift Series Options: Shift Previous Series	Icon Option Not Available	Shifts the entire layout backward by one series.	Apply
