Obtaining the User Guide Offline
The User Guide can be used independent of the Synapse PACS application. You can download or request a PDF version that you can also print, if needed. Follow the steps below to obtain the User Guide.
Obtaining a User Guide From the FujiFilm Community Portal
- Access the Fujifilm Community portal at https://fmsu-srvc.my.site.com/ and log in with your account.
- Click the breadcrumbs
icon in the upper left side of the window and choose Knowledge Articles. - Browse to PACS.
- Search for the Release Notes that correspond to your version.
- Download the attached zip file.
Requesting a PDF or a Printed Version
- Contact your Fujifilm representative and request a PDF or a paper copy. PDFs are easier to obtain and are ready for you to print.
- Contact your Fujifilm representative to request a printed and delivered copy.
